Within 24 hours of your discovery call, you receive a written proposal with three things locked in: exact scope (every feature listed), exact deadline (specific date), and exact price (no ranges, no estimates). You sign off digitally and pay a 50% deposit to begin.

We design in Figma first. You review and approve the design before a single line of code is written. Then we build in Next.js, committing to a private GitHub repo. You track every phase in your personal client portal — with live progress updates, file sharing, and direct messaging.

We deploy to a staging URL. You test everything thoroughly and give feedback. We fix anything you flag. Once you sign off, we go live — deploying to your custom domain on Vercel. You receive full access: GitHub repo, Vercel account, CMS login, and a handover document.
